The following parameters are extracted from manufacturer data:

• Alloy type (e.g. MnZn ferrite, NiFe / FeSi iron alloy powder, amorphous or nanocrystalline alloy)

• Volumetric mass density

• Saturation induction B_sat

• Relative permeability μ_r

• Curie temperature T_Curie

• Volumetric core loss density lookup table \(P_v = f(B_{pk}, freq)\) at the material’s optimum working temperature
